The P. J. Casanave Land Clearing Company is in the business of clearing and grubbing land. Our typical jobs include clearing land for projects such as roadways, golf courses, reservoirs, airports, agricultural land, shopping malls, or housing developments. We tackle the tough jobs, such as wet earth or steep hillsides, where others lack the skill or ability to succeed. We do what it takes to get your land cleared and stumps removed for project readiness. Our typical jobs are in excess of twenty acres.
We have formed strategic, informal partnerships with timber companies, wood dealers, wood chippers, and wood grinders in order to minimize residuals to be burned or removed from the land. This income generating process also minimizes cost to the project owner.
Our finished product has been root raked and is of a quality that is "pan ready" for topsoil removal, if required, for the project.
